Chef de Partie / Line Chef Full-Time & Part-Time Immediate Start

Location: Dalston, East London (E8)

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Part-time (25-30 hours) or Full-time (up to 43 hours)

Join our friendly team at The Speakeasy, an independent cocktail bar and kitchen in the heart of Dalston.

We serve a simple, quality bar food menu in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

No split shifts. Afternoon and evening shifts only.

Your Duties

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard
• Complete daily prep
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised
• Work independently during quieter weekday shifts
• Work with another kitchen team member during busy weekend shifts
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What We Need

• Minimum 1 year of London kitchen experience
• Previous experience as a Chef
• Able to work independently
• Reliable, organised and hard-working
• Right to work in the UK
