Chef de Partie - Lead Kitchen, Train & Innovate

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Cardiff. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, while training junior staff and supporting the development of new menus.

You will uphold stringent food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations, monitor portions and waste to protect margins, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our hospitality brand portfolio.
