Europa Hotel in Northern Ireland, part of Hastings Hotels, seeks a Chef de Partie to support a busy kitchen team and contribute to exceptional guest dining experiences. You will work under the Executive Head Chef, gain new skills, and thrive in a premium hospitality setting.

The role involves 45 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends, with early starts from 6am. Salary starts at £30,910 per annum plus service charges and staff benefits.
