5 days out of 7 Straight shifts Start times between 12pm-2pm and finish at 10pm when room service finishes.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established 4-star hotel in Bridgwater.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated chef who is keen to grow within a professional kitchen, with clear opportunities for development and progression.

The Role

• Running your own section and ensuring high standards at all times
• Preparing and delivering quality dishes across hotel services
• Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Contributing to a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Commitment to learning and developing your culinary skills
