KIBOU Restaurants Ltd in Central Birmingham is opening a new Japanese restaurant this summer and seeks an experienced Chef de Partie. The role offers training in a fast-paced kitchen and the chance to contribute to a standout dining concept.

The ideal candidate is keen to learn, reliable and has a strong work ethic. Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, but all motivated applicants will be given comprehensive training to progress.
