Chef de Partie - Fresh, Seasonal Pub Kitchen + Growth

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will work on multiple sections, follow recipes, and deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with TRONC, On Target Earnings £15-£15.50 per hour including TRONC, plus training, benefits, and staff discounts. Minimum 3-4 years in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques preferred.
