Chef de Partie - Fresh Seasonal Cuisine Work-Life Balance

Wilson Vale in Belper, Derbyshire, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our workplace restaurant team. The role is permanent, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3pm, working under the Chef Manager and Head Chef to deliver high-quality, handcrafted dishes.

You will prepare fresh seasonal food for about 160 customers daily, help with stock control, maintain food safety standards and support occasional hospitality events with a collaborative kitchen team.
