Chef de Partie - Elite Hotel Kitchen, Seasonal Menus

The Oxford Collection's Parsonage Grill is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will run a section during service, adhere to recipes and presentation standards, and manage prep levels to support a smooth service at peak times.

We offer a 45-hour week with shifts across Monday to Sunday, and a potential OTE up to £15.61 per hour (£36,527 per annum). Part-time hours may also be considered. It's a great chance to develop within a privately owned luxury group.
