Chef de Partie - Elevate Your Craft in a Landmark Hotel Kitchen

The Fellows House Hotel in Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for preparing and supervising your section under the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation for our guests.

We value a hands-on, proactive individual with a good command of numeracy, literacy, and UK Food Hygiene knowledge. A minimum of one year in a similar role is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a new hotel environment.
