We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a stunning coastal hotel in Devon, offering an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning 2AA Rosette kitchen in one of the most breathtaking locations in the South West.

The 2AA Rosette restaurant focuses on modern British cuisine, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from Devon and the surrounding coastline. The kitchen is passionate about quality, consistency, and creating memorable dishes that complement the property's stunning setting.
Responsibilities- Run your own section during preparation and service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with exceptional seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and organisational standards
- Support junior members of the brigade where required
- Assist senior chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout every service
- Work within an award-winning 2AA Rosette kitchen

The ideal candidate will have experience within a fresh food kitchen and possess a genuine passion for cooking, ingredients, and hospitality.
