Chef De Partie - Daytime Monday to Friday

We are looking for skilled and motivated Chef de Parties to join a corporate catering team near Cork City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, high-volume environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Work with the Head Chef and team to create and execute menus
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Passion for high-quality food and presentation
• References will be checked

Salary

€16.00 - €18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, daytime hours - promoting excellent work-life balance.
