Chef de Cuisine: Japanese Kitchen & Robata Leader

Soho House Pen Yen is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to support the Head Chef in leading our kitchen and delivering a top-tier Japanese dining experience for members and guests. You will guide menu execution, quality control and team development in a hands-on leadership role.

You will work closely with the Head Chef on day-to-day operations, staffing, and ensuring your team delivers consistent, high-quality dishes across sushi, sashimi, robata and shared plates.
