Job Description
Overview

The Pavilion is an all-day brunch spot in the heart of St. Helier offering a rotating seasonal brunch/lunch menu, light bites, sharing platters and take-away options from 7.30am - 7.30pm, Monday to Friday. The Pavilion aims to make every customers visit memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef across all areas of the kitchen, including purchasing, menu development, and ensuring a high quality, consistent food offering.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety compliance at all times.
  • Ensure reliability, punctuality, and a prideful approach to the performance and appearance of their department.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a licence to work in Jersey and speak fluent English.
  • CV and references required.
