Mitchells & Butlers offers a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will work full-time in a kitchen under experienced chefs while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

No prior experience is required; training is provided on the job, with progression opportunities across our brands. Wages are paid hourly according to age bands, and there are extensive staff discounts and benefits.
