We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent restaurant in Stow-on-the-Wold for a talented Chef to join a busy, professional kitchen with an outstanding reputation for fresh food and consistency.

This role is ideal for a chef who wants to work at a high level without sacrificing work-life balance.

• £40,000 - £45,000 package including service charge
• Sundays & Mondays off every week
• Two additional straight shifts weekly
• 6 weeks holiday per year, including Christmas closure
• Strong, stable kitchen brigade
• Independent, quality-led restaurant environment
• Work with fresh, seasonal produce prepared in-house

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes during service
• Work closely with the wider brigade to maintain standards
• Support consistency, prep, and kitchen organisation
• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients daily
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

• Experience in a busy fresh-food kitchen
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Passion for quality produce and consistency
• Strong work ethic and calm approach during service
