Staffline is recruiting Chefs in Wrexham.

Rate of pay: £14.39 to £15.46 per hour. Overtime: £21.59 to £23.19 per hour. Full time role. Hours: 4 on 4 off, 4am to 4pm; 4 on 4 off, 4pm to 4am.

Your Time at Work

• Producing sauces to the specification recorded on the cook sheet; completing all documentation associated with the cooking process to the required standard.
• Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials; having in depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking process.
• Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
• Supplying high risk assembly with the correctly cooked sauce at the time it is required.
• Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standard required by health and safety and hygiene legislation.

Our Perfect Worker

• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications - Food and Drink.
• Experience gained in manufacturing or hospitality kitchens is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake personal development initiatives to achieve personal and organisational objectives.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Working as part of a team.
• Problem solving and ability to use own initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
