We are looking for a Chef who has what it takes to fulfill this role.

1. Timing and Teamwork - work with others in the kitchen to ensure dishes arrive at the same time, communication is key.
2. Quality - maintain a high standard of food, ensuring consistency throughout your shift.
3. Ready, Set, Service - be on top of tasks, prepared for service peaks, ready and prepared for the day ahead.

• Service Charge - all service charge distributed and paid to staff, even when on holiday.
