Contracted Hours per week: 35
Working Days: Monday-Friday (occasional flexibility may be required) typically between 6am /7am - 15:00, with occasional extended hours during events or meetings.
Closing Date: 03/04/2026
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, Lunch menu, ensuring high quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle special dietary requirements and guest preferences, ensuring a positive breakfast/ Lunch experience.
- Assist with menu planning and suggest seasonal items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
- Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and approachable manner
- Use of Kitchen equipment
- Support occasional events or meetings with buffet/refreshment provision

- Pre preparing and cooking Fresh food.
- Coffee machine and making espresso-based drinks (or willingness to learn)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to be flexible
- Prior Chef experience preferred
- Qualifications required or willingness to complete upon appointment
