As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU'LL
  • Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
  • Run a section.
  • Prepare everything that is needed before service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
