Summer chefs immediate start - A once thriving timber yard, our charming and ruggedly handsome building now welcomes visitors & locals of Stratford-upon-Avon as a riverside Taproom. Located at the heart of the stunning Warwickshire countryside, in the medieval market town of buzzing Stratford-upon-Avon, Cox's Yard sits proudly in an area famed for its history, culture and quaint beauty which attracts literary enthusiasts and curious visitors from all over the globe.

Position

Your role as chef:

• Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
• Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
• Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 6 months chef experience
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
• A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
