Job Description
We are a family-run venue focused on serving high-quality, freshly prepared, and delicious dishes every day. Our menu blends traditional pub classics with more restaurant-led dishes, all delivered in a modern pub setting.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen team to achieve the highest standards in food service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for preparing fresh food to order while ensuring you and your team consistently maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. You will also have the opportunity to create specials menus and trial new dishes for our seasonal menu changes.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene regulations are always followed
- Assist in developing seasonal menus and daily specials
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in leading a team and taking responsibility

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
