The Carpenter Arms is a local neighbourhood hangout with a glorious beer garden serving up freshly made artisan pizzas, bubbling pots of comfort food and seriously tasty beers. Standing proud on Victoria Road in the heart of Cambridge; I'd guess you'd call us one big happy family who are always here for both our local and out of town guests.

Your role as chef:

• Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
• Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
• Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 6 months chef experience
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
• A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
