About the Role:
Reed Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Castledawson. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality.

Key Details:

• Hours: Full-time, varying seasonally
  • Winter: approx. 25 hours per week
  • Summer: up to 50 hours per week
• Salary: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a professional kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to menu specifications
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to seasonal menu changes and busy periods

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 5 years)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Creativity and passion for delivering outstanding dishes
