Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced chef to work with our client on a temporary part time basis in the Ludlow area.

Working in a busy farm shop cafe which can seat up to 175 guests, your main duties will include:

Assisting the head chef with kitchen management

Menu development

Cooking from fresh using seasonal ingredients

Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene
