Chef - Radlett

Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Daytime hours, weekend flexibility required (no late nights!)

Our client, a large and highly popular tea room in Radlett, is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef looking for an excellent work-life balance with primarily daytime hours.

• Preparing and cooking high-quality, fresh dishes (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon teas) to a high standard.
• Managing food prep and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during busy periods.
• Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assisting with stock control and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the location/shift patterns).
• Previous experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen, café, or restaurant environment.
• A positive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for fresh food.

• Highly competitive pay (£15.00 - £18.00 per hour, dependent on experience).
