Chef - Exciting Leisure Attraction (Daytime Hours!)

Are you a passionate and organised chef looking for a fresh challenge in a lively, fast-paced environment? We are recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a well established culinary team at a popular, family focused leisure venue set in a scenic location.

The Role

Working across a variety of on site food outlets, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, consistent dishes to a large volume of guests. This is a diverse and hands on position where no two days are the same.

You will be part of a strong kitchen brigade, collaborating with a team of permanent chefs as well as supporting seasonal staff during peak periods.

Hours & Work Life Balance

• 5 days out of 7
• 40 hours per week
• Daytime shifts (approx. 9am - 6pm)
• No late nights

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and delivering food across multiple outlets
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior and seasonal team members
• Ensuring consistency in quality during high volume service
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to drive standards and efficiency
