Chef / Grill Chef

Location: Horley, Surrey
Hours: 35 hours per week (15:00-22:00 - 5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience
Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, with a strong focus on grilling meats.

Maintaining excellent food presentation and quality standards.

Working efficiently during busy service periods.

Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.

Supporting the wider kitchen team as required.

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.

Confident and experienced in grilling a variety of meats.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
