If you are passionate about the cheese world and motivated by a role with responsibilities, and you wish to lead a production line and support teams in a rapidly evolving environment, then this position is made for you.Cheese Master - Department Head (M/F)MISSION DESCRIPTION- Oversee all aspects of production while respecting schedules, volumes, quality, legal requirements, hygiene standards, and client expectations.- Define production capacities, plan, and optimize human resources to maximize efficiency.- Implement excellence and continuous improvement approaches (lean management) to optimize processes and reduce costs.- Manage a team of 3 to 7 people directly and up to 50 people indirectly, spread across several production sites (travels expected).- Train, support, and develop team leaders while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.PROFILE- Federal degree in cheesemaking and dairy, ES food technology, HES agricultural engineering, or equivalent, complemented by management training.- Confirmed experience in industrial cheesemaking and team leadership in a dairy environment.- Strong knowledge in dairy microbiology, cheese production, ripening, and food safety.- Proficient in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (B2 level).- Solution-oriented personality, with a strong sense of responsibility, high standards, and excellent skills in a stimulating and evolving work environment with a pleasant framework.- Real opportunities for professional and personal development.- Social benefits and advantages (partner discounts, complementary insurance, improved family support). jid06fefb4aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
