In this Senior Structural Engineer role, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a wide variety of structural engineering projects.
  • Use your expertise to guide, mentor and inspire junior engineers and technicians.
  • Liaise directly with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy as a trusted engineering partner.

To succeed as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will need:

  • Chartered or near-chartered status (MIStructE or MICE preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural design in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
  • Experience leading projects across a range of sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
