UK travelling required. Home based role, linked to Brixton, London Head Office. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with solid post qualification experience Experience of preparing precontract budgets Pre- and post-contract experience required Experience of tender preparation, validation, analysis and reporting Contract administration experience required On site project management and coordination required What the role includes Tender documentation preparation. Overseeing tenders and cost analysis. Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project. Preparing Standard Form building contracts and overseeing implementation and contract administration. Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these. Sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project. Measuring and valuing on site. Dealing with financial and legal problems. Issuing certificate for payment and managing the payment process. Liaising with in-house team and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
