We are seeking a Chartered Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join our London team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Architectural or technical degree with Chartered status or equivalent.
• Experience with BIM, CDM, health and safety, modern methods of construction.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations, standards and RIBA Plan of Work.

The Role

Assisting with the technical design elements of projects. Producing effective, coordinated, efficient and compliant technical design solutions that meet high standards.

• Obtaining and maintaining detailed knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards.
• Ensuring all work is prepared in accordance with the practice's BIM standards and protocols.
• Ensuring the service is delivered in accordance with the quality management system.
• Embedding sustainability, belonging and engagement in design solutions.
• Identifying and implementing continual improvements to develop and improve practice procedures and methods.
• Undertaking suitable continuing professional development and training to maintain up to date knowledge of design standards and regulations.
• Ensuring all work complies with the practice's Quality Management System requirements, CDM and health and safety expectations.
