Overview- An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Charities Lawyer to join a well regarded legal team working on a range of high profile and meaningful matters.
- Work closely with a diverse portfolio of charity and not for profit clients, providing expert advice on charity law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Advising on the formation and registration of new charities, drafting and reviewing funding agreements, and supporting clients through Charity Commission processes.
- Offer guidance on restructuring, mergers, charity trading, and corporate structures, as well as governance best practice.
- Deepen expertise in the charity and not for profit sector while handling complex and rewarding projects.
- Require at least 5 years PQE gained within a reputable firm renowned for its charity law practice.
- Ideal candidate has solid experience working with charities across a range of matters.
- Collaborate with partners and the wider team to gain exposure to a diverse client base of charities of varying sizes.
