Charge Nurse, SPoA: Gateway to Learning Disability Care

Hampshire and Southampton Learning Disability Service in the Hampshire/Southampton area is seeking a passionate Charge Nurse to join the Single Point of Access (SPoA) team, the gateway to our specialist service for adults with learning disabilities.

You will contribute to ensuring timely, person-centred care by coordinating across teams and supporting frontline staff in navigating the right service at the right time.
