Job Description

PointFive was established by the founders of IntSights, which was acquired by Rapid7 in 2021. Our team includes leading tech and business experts with unmatched cloud expertise and the backing of Index Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Entree Capital, and Sheva Capital.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Partnerships Development Manager to strengthen and grow our relationships with referral partners, resellers, and managed service providers (MSPs).

Your mission: foster trusted, value-driven relationships that strengthen our partner ecosystem and create shared success. You'll focus on partner activation, enablement, and long-term relationship development - ensuring partners are supported, engaged, and equipped to bring our solutions to their customers.

While this is an individual contributor role today, we see significant potential for the right candidate to shape the future of our channel partnerships function - including the opportunity to hire and lead a team as the program grows.

Job requirements
  • 7+ years in channel partnerships, reseller management, or referral partner programs, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience helping partners increase their engagement and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of partner enablement and collaborative go-to-market approaches.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both business and sales stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills to manage multiple partner relationships.
  • Skilled communicator who can engage at all levels within partner organizations.
Job responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Provide thoughtful onboarding to ensure partners understand our solutions and how they fit into their customers' needs.
  • Equip partners with tailored resources, training, and success stories that help them advocate effectively.

Ongoing Relationship Development

  • Maintain regular engagement through check-ins, business reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Foster trust and collaboration at all levels of the partner organization.

Opportunity Growth

  • Work with partners to identify new opportunities and align on joint business plans.
  • Collaborate with our sales team on partner-introduced opportunities to ensure smooth follow-through.

Performance Support & Optimization

  • Track progress toward agreed goals, share insights, and celebrate wins.
  • Provide guidance and tools to help partners maximize their impact.
