Channel Development Manager - Dublin, Full-Time

Exclusive Networks is a global cybersecurity go to market specialist, operating in more than 45 countries and serving customers in over 170 markets. The role is based in Dublin and focuses on high growth channel development across Ireland, Scandinavia, and BeLux.

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven, results focused leader to partner closely with the Regional SMB Sales Director, build and scale a new business channel sales team, and deliver net new revenue, expanded market share, and a high performance culture centered on accountability, pipeline generation, and margin delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the regional channel strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth and strong margin performance.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a hunter led Channel Development team, including sales support functions.
  • Drive net new partner acquisition, activation, and expansion across the region.
  • Deliver profitable growth with a disciplined focus on deal quality, margin protection, and commercial rigour.
  • Build and manage strategic vendor relationships to enhance go to market execution and pipeline generation.
  • Expand and optimise the partner ecosystem across recruitment, activation, recovery, and scale.
  • Embed a high performance sales culture, with a strong emphasis on pipeline creation and fast conversion.
  • Champion solution led and services driven selling, focusing on higher margin opportunities.
  • Drive performance across key KPIs, including activity levels, pipeline health, conversion rates, and margin delivery.
  • Ensure consistent and disciplined sales execution and forecasting accuracy.
  • Leverage vendor programmes, rebates, and deal registration to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to enable aligned, high impact regional execution.
  • Lead, develop, and performance manage a team, fostering long term growth and capability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading channel sales teams within cybersecurity or IT environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high performing new business (hunter led) sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of vendor ecosystems and partner led sales models across Europe.
  • Experienced in influencing and engaging vendors, distributors, MSPs, and partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and margin management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling cyber security solutions such as managed security services, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, identity & access management, or compliance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of channel and partner led sales environments.
  • Proven ability to execute go to market strategies in growth focused organisations.
