Change Readiness & Adoption Leader

Haleon is leading a multi year Enterprise Transformation Programme delivering SAP S/4HANA and business-wide changes. The Change Readiness Lead will coordinate readiness activities and work with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams to ensure smooth adoption across markets and functions.

The role requires strong change management experience, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to drive behavioural adoption with robust readiness plans and risk mitigation.
