Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy and execution for a major operating model transformation within a telecoms business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the operating model transformation goals.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change risks and readiness levels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and buy-in.
- Design and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in change management roles within telecoms and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong understanding of operating model design and implementation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment
