Change Manager, Supply Chain Transformation Lead

Infineon Technologies AG in Dublin seeks an experienced Change Manager for Supply Chain on our Global Supply Chain & Digital Manufacturing team. You will lead change management activities for new Supply Chain solutions, driving business transformation and adoption.

You will develop structured change strategies, communicate with stakeholders across the organization, identify impacts, manage resistance, and design workshops and training to ensure successful delivery in a multi-national environment.
