Change Manager (Operations)

Project Context

We are supporting a large-scale site transformation program connected to a SAP S/4HANA deployment and broader IT landscape modernization.

The initiative involves migrating from Legacy systems to a new target architecture and will significantly impact operational functions including Production, Engineering, Quality, and IT.

The role will be Embedded within the Site Integration structure and report directly to the Site Integration Project Manager.

This is a hands-on change leadership position in an industrial environment with a strong transition and migration dimension.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operational Change Manager capable of combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution on the ground.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working close to operations, navigating complex stakeholder environments (both local and global), and driving adoption in a structured yet practical manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesChange Planning & Impact Management

• Define and implement the Change Management strategy aligned with overall program milestones

• Develop and maintain a detailed change roadmap

• Identify impacted business processes and conduct structured impact assessments

• Build and maintain stakeholder mapping per change stream

• Anticipate adoption risks and define mitigation actions

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Design and manage the communication plan (messages, timing, channels)

• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and change forums

• Prepare communication materials in French and English

• Coach site managers and key stakeholders to act as change ambassadors

• Gather feedback from the field and continuously adapt the approach

Training & Adoption Support

• Coordinate training strategy based on impacted populations

• Adapt and localize training materials (FR/ENG)

• Support end-users during deployment and hypercare phases

• Track and measure change effectiveness and adoption levels

Program Coordination

• Work closely with IT integration streams and cross-functional project teams

• Align with PMs and workstream leads

• Supervise and guide OCM support resources

Candidate Profile

• Senior experience in Operational Change Management within large transformation programs

• Proven track record in IT-driven transformations (ERP exposure is a strong asset)

• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on at site level

• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred

• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)

• Dutch is an advantage
