Job Description

Are you passionate about driving successful change within organisations that are constantly evolving? We are looking for a forward-thinking Change Manager to join our central Change Management Team, supporting a strategic programme focused on delivering impactful business transformations.

Reporting to the Strategic Change Team Lead, this role offers the chance to shape and influence change initiatives across a variety of projects. We are creating customer-centric changes that put the needs and experiences of our customers at the heart of our transformation efforts. Our approach is increasingly driven by innovative use of AI and emerging capabilities. We're seeking someone who is creative, data-driven, and eager to push boundaries by experimenting with fresh approaches and harnessing new tools to deliver genuine value.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

To succeed in this role, you'll be responsible for driving forward our change initiatives by applying proven methodologies, engaging stakeholders effectively, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new ways of working across the organization

  • Apply structured change management methodologies to deliver effective change initiatives across projects.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Support training activities, including needs analysis, scheduling, and coordination, to facilitate smooth adoption of changes.
  • Facilitate workshops, capture current processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to define future ways of working.
  • Monitor and measure change adoption, providing feedback and support to ensure sustained organizational benefits.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to Change Management processes, championing the value of effective change delivery within the organization.
About You

What we're looking for:

  • Recognised change management qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative, team-oriented environments
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond to group dynamics
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing ambiguity in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time management, and planning abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Skilled in clear, concise business writing and documentation
  • Attention to detail in creating and reviewing documents
  • Experience working in the insurance sector (desirable)
