Change Management Lead SAP Implementation - Remote, EMEA

Our well-trusted client in Life Sciences/Pharma need a senior Change Management professional who can help roll out a large global ERP program (SAP S/4HANA) across several European countries.

This person is not a technical SAP consultant - the focus is change management of people, behaviour, communication, training, and stakeholder management.

Core responsibilities

• Take the global SAP change framework and adapt it for your local country (Greece, Romania, Baltics).
• Make sure people adopt the new SAP system, new processes, and new ways of working.
• Act as a coach to senior leaders to help them drive the change.
• Plan and run communications, training, and engagement activities.
• Help project teams blend change activities into their plans.
• Understand resistance to change and create solutions.
• Analyse impact, gaps, risks, readiness, etc.
• Work across multiple countries, teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Support organisation-wide cultural and behavioural change.

What kind of person fits?

• A strong communicator, coach, influencer.
• Experienced in large-scale change programmes (ideally SAP/ERP).
• Organised, structured, consultative.
• Some experience in pharma = bonus.
• Greek or Romanian speaker = bonus (not mandatory).
