Join us as a Change Communications & Training Lead (ERP).

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Change Communications & Training Lead (ERP) for a 18 Months contract based in London (Heathrow).

We are looking for an experienced Change Communications & Training contractor to lead the communications strategy, training development, and stakeholder engagement for a large-scale Oracle HCM transformation within a major UK organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end communication strategy for the Oracle HCM programme
  • Develop clear, engaging messaging tailored to diverse employee groups
  • Prepare and present updates across programme boards, forums, and senior leadership
  • Engage monthly with senior HR leaders and programme sponsors
  • Communicate complex programme impacts simply and clearly
  • Manage two experienced Senior Associates within the Change & Training function.

The skills you'll need:

  • Strong experience in change management, communications, and training.
  • Proven background delivering ERP programmes (Oracle preferred).
  • Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills, including working with HR leadership.
  • Ability to lead and guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in aviation, manufacturing, automotive, or pharma advantageous.
  • Ability to operate at Senior Manager level with confidence and credibility.
