About the roleIn this influential position, you'll define and implement an enterprise-wide approach to change adoption, working closely with benefit and business owners to ensure stakeholders understand the link between behavioural change and value delivery. You'll provide consultancy and first-line assurance to projects and programmes, guiding them through the full benefits lifecycle from initial articulation to post-implementation tracking. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the development of change adoption standards and artefacts within the NFU Mutual Change Framework. Acting as a long-term advisor to benefit owners, supporting them beyond project closure to ensure benefits are realised. Facilitating robust benefits articulation during pre-project phases, including input into impact assessments and business cases. Researching and applying best-practice tools and techniques to continuously improve adoption and benefits realisation. Building tracking tools and providing tailored support to enable proactive intervention and remedial action. Providing expert consultancy to change teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering talent and succession planning within Group Change. About youYou'll bring a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, with a proven track record in benefits realisation and change adoption. Your ability to engage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and lead cross-functional initiatives will be key to your success. We're looking for someone with: Experience in setting and embedding best-practice benefits and adoption capability. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including tools like Power BI and Excel. Experience in using digital workplace tools and platforms. Clear and effective communication skills across all levels of the organisation. Strategic thinking and the ability to align adoption strategies with business goals. Leadership experience in managing and developing teams. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across diverse teams.
