bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a client to support with a Change & Communications Manager who has extensive experience within Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management and communications for AI-enabled customer care initiatives, ensuring clear articulation of the why and business value.
• Drive user adoption across customer care agents, addressing resistance to AI through targeted messaging, engagement, and enablement strategies.
• Develop and execute change and communication plans aligned with project delivery, working closely with Product and Project Management teams.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring consistent, transparent communication throughout the transformation life cycle.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in change management and internal communications within large-scale transformation or digital programmes.
• Strong ability to influence, engage, and shift behaviours, particularly in environments where adoption risk is high.
• Experience supporting technology or AI-driven change within operational or customer care environments.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex change in a compelling, human way.
