Change & Adoption Coordinator

Howden Group Services Limited is seeking a Change Practitioner to support delivery of business change initiatives across Group Technology, helping ensure people understand and adopt new ways of working.

You will assist with change planning, stakeholder mapping, readiness tracking, and producing user-facing materials while liaising with senior colleagues to enable successful adoption and continuous improvement.
