Chancellery Employee Job Description We are looking for the Public Prosecutor's Office of the district of East Vaud, an employee in this position, you will ensure public reception and the answering of phone calls. You will provide information to litigants on various aspects and transfer calls to the relevant registries. You will also be called upon to organize and monitor files; in addition to the activities below, you may be asked to perform any activity according to the needs of the management and registries, by typing correspondence and/or transferring files to different authorities. Additionally, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. Therefore, it directs the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offenses brought to its attention when they concern adults. It also represents before the courts and various instances.
