• Candidates should be based in Belgium, France, The Netherlands or the UK
• The client will accept UK based candidates if they use an accredited umbrella company for this assignment
• 8 days a month at a clients office is mandatory of which preferable 4 days in the Brussels office

Job spec/requirements

We are'seeking a motivated, hands-on'scrum Master with'strong communication'skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.

• 3-5 years' experience as either'scrum Master or agile coach
• Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Change management and facilitation experience
• Establishes collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion, including outsourced and offshored team
• Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of value based delivery
• Strong communication'skills in English
• PSM1 or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
• Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry
