Ceramic Hand-Dip Production Operator

Emma Bridgewater is seeking a Ceramic Production Operative to join our Hand Dipping team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will hand-dip decorated, easy-fire, Vit and glost ware, ensuring a consistent glaze and meeting our quality standards before moving to the next production stage.

You will apply knowledge of pint weights, viscometers and glaze preparation to maintain glaze consistency and work safely to hit production targets. Training will be provided to develop your skills within the role.
