About the Group
Confidential, privately held, high-end lifestyle brand within a private holding, with interests in premium fashion media, niche cosmetics and wellness ventures. 2025 marks the launch of a new Marbella hub that will steer Southern-Europe growth, with an international outlook but focusing on Spain, Portugal and Morocco and manage a small investment arm for emerging luxury start-ups.
The Opportunity
We are searching for a dynamic, next-generation CEO with millennial or Gen X mindset, to open and lead the Marbella office. You will start as a one-person C-suite, reporting directly to the CEO of the Holding, and gradually build a lean team of 3-4 specialists serving two closely related brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and scale the Marbella branch, ensuring full P&L ownership and day-to-day ops.
- Oversee the brand's magazine: brand direction, partnerships, editorial budget.
- Source and manage minority investments in early-stage luxury/well-being start-ups; provide strategic oversight to the Holding CEO.
- Act as the Group's face, cultivating top-tier networks across beauty, culinary, fashion, wellness and media sectors.
- Recruit and mentor a small cross-functional team that will serve two companies within the holding.
- Report on KPIs and growth strategy directly to the Holding CEO; align with sister-company leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Background: 8 - 15 years' track record scaling premium consumer or lifestyle ventures; meaningful exposure to luxury lifestyle industries is a must.
- Mind-set: Startup speed, zero bureaucracy, high creative IQ. You can go from concept to execution overnight.
- Network: Well-connected across luxury lifestyle, F&B distributors, boutique media agencies and VCs in EU.
- Leadership: Hands-on builder who can switch from strategy deck to supplier call in the same hour.
- Languages: Excellent professional or native English & Spanish; additional languages a bonus.
- Millenial or Gen X mindset.
- Location: Already Marbella-based or ready to relocate to Costa del Sol at own expense.
