Now, we re at a pivotal moment.

We re looking for a freelance Chief Executive Officer (2 days per week, 6 months, £200/day) to help guide our next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen sustainability, build meaningful partnerships, and ensure our work continues to have lasting impact.

You ll work closely with our Board and small, committed team to refine our direction, explore new opportunities, and lead with clarity and compassion. We need someone who can think strategically, act practically, and bring people with them.

If you re an experienced senior leader in the charity, social enterprise or public sector and you re motivated by purpose rather than profile, we d love to hear from you.

Remote role (Northamptonshire focus). DBS and references required.
